• You acknowledge that using fake or artificially inflated social media metrics for any commercial purpose may constitute an unfair or deceptive practice under applicable laws.
• If you are a business or acting on behalf of a business entity, you are expressly prohibited from using our services.
• Proboostica reserves the right to terminate services immediately for any user found to be in violation of this clause or any applicable laws regarding the commercial use of social media metrics.
• Users are responsible for ensuring their use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including those pertaining to unfair or deceptive practices in commerce.

By using our services, you affirm that you understand and agree to these Terms, and that your use of our services will be solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The materials on Proboostica's website are provided "as is." Proboostica makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violations of rights. Further, Proboostica does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

In no event shall Proboostica or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Proboostica's website, even if Proboostica or a Proboostica-authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. One-Time Nature of Payments: All purchases on Proboostica are one-time (single) purchases of service packages. There is no automatic renewal: your payment method is charged only for the specific order you place, and no recurring or repeating charges are made. Each new package requires a separate order and payment.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed by third-party licensed payment providers on behalf of Proboostica.

Agreement: By purchasing our services, you explicitly agree that you clearly understand what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via your credit card, debit card, or other payment institution. You also confirm you have the authorization to use the payment method you provide.

Fraudulent Disputes: In the event of a fraudulent dispute or chargeback, Proboostica reserves the right, if necessary, to reset all followers and likes delivered, terminate your account, and/or permanently ban your IP address. We will also submit all relevant evidence to the payment provider. Users acknowledge that chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals will not be initiated without first contacting our support team to resolve any issues.

The materials appearing on Proboostica's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Proboostica does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Proboostica may make changes to the materials on its website at any time without notice. However, Proboostica does not make any commitment to update these materials.

Proboostica has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Proboostica of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

Proboostica may revise these Terms at any time without notice. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of our website and Services, shall be governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

This clause does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside, and does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

• Proboostica is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, ByteDance or any Instagram/TikTok third-party partners in any way.
• It is your sole responsibility to comply with Instagram rules and any applicable legislation. You use Proboostica at your own risk.
• We are not responsible for your actions or their consequences, including if your Instagram account is banned for any reason.
• We require your Instagram username to obtain the required information for the Instagram API. We do not store, give away, or otherwise distribute your username to any third parties.
• While we cannot guarantee the exact number of followers, likes, or views you will receive, we do our utmost to meet your expectations. If your services are not fully delivered, contact our support team, and we will make it right.
• We cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operability of our services.
• It is the sole responsibility of customers to ensure their Instagram accounts are set to "public" (and that they do not change their usernames) while an order is being fulfilled. Any service downtime caused by a client switching to "private" or changing their username does not entitle the client to a refund for that period.
• By purchasing our service, you affirm that you clearly understand what you are buying and agree not to file a fraudulent dispute via your payment processor. Any chargeback will result in a permanent ban from using our services, and we may remove any services previously provided.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw all or any part of our service or its content without notice and without incurring liability.
• It is your sole responsibility to check whether the Terms have changed.

Services are offered exclusively as one-time packages with a fixed volume (for example, a specific number of likes, views, or followers). When you purchase a package, you pay for the specific service volume indicated at checkout, at the price in effect at the time of purchase, including any applicable taxes. There are no subscriptions, membership fees, or automatic renewals.

When purchasing a package, you provide the username of your social media account and, where applicable, the specific post to which the service applies. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Orders placed with incorrect details (wrong username, a link to a deleted or unavailable post) may not be fulfilled; funds for such orders are refunded in accordance with the "Refunds" section.

An order is considered fulfilled once the volume stated in the package has been delivered. Delivery is provided gradually after payment is confirmed. Delivery pacing, timing, and distribution over time may vary, and we do not guarantee an exact delivery schedule or timing. We may adjust delivery pacing to account for operational constraints, platform limitations, risk controls, or quality/safety measures.

A package is limited to the volume of the service purchased and does not extend to future posts unless expressly stated in the package description. Unused volume is not carried over to other orders and cannot be exchanged for other services.

You are responsible for ensuring your account remains eligible for delivery throughout the fulfillment of your order, including keeping the account set to "public" and not changing your username. If your account becomes ineligible (private setting, username change, restrictions, blocks, post deletion), delivery may be paused or terminated, and we are not responsible for any resulting shortfall during that period.

The Services may be interrupted, delayed, or unavailable due to maintenance, platform changes, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where appropriate, we may resume delivery; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery.

If a payment fails or is subsequently reversed, the order is not accepted for fulfillment or its fulfillment is suspended. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfill an order or to terminate your access to the Services for non-payment, suspected fraud, abuse, violations of these Terms, or other unlawful activity.

We may change package pricing, volume, and contents from time to time. Such changes do not affect orders already paid for: those orders are fulfilled on the terms and at the price in effect at the time of purchase.

Customers who are not satisfied with our likes, followers, views, or comments services may request a full refund within 30 calendar days from the date the relevant package was purchased. Refund requests must be initiated through our customer support agents, accessible via email at support@proboostica.com.

The following scenarios are not eligible for a refund:

• Free credits or promotional services.
• Packages that have been fully delivered and confirmed.
• Accounts that have violated these Terms.

• To initiate a refund request, contact our customer support agents with your order number and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
• Our customer support team will review the request and inform you within 3–5 business days whether it has been approved or denied.
• If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method generally within 7–10 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

If a package has been only partially delivered, a refund may be issued in proportion to the undelivered volume, at our discretion and taking into account the services actually rendered.

Proboostica reserves the right to deny refund requests under the following circumstances:

• Any attempt to abuse or exploit the refund policy.
• Multiple refund requests by the same customer for the same or different packages.
• Failure to adhere to all conditions set out in this Refunds section and other sections of these Terms.

Once the ordered likes, followers, views, or comments have been fully delivered and confirmed, these services are no longer eligible for a refund. If you encounter any issues with the delivery or quality of our services, please contact our customer support before the 30-day period expires.

By making a purchase on Proboostica, you agree to this Refund Policy in its entirety. Proboostica reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may have a legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. However, for digital services that begin immediately, this right can be lost if (where required by law) you (i) expressly request immediate performance of the order during the withdrawal period and (ii) acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service begins. Where applicable, we may request this consent/acknowledgement at checkout. This clause does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
